A former teacher, Laura Noe of Louisville, has developed a time-management program to help not only kids, but adults. She's found the program has been beneficial in helping women who suffer from brain fog and other cognitive issues related to menopause and perimenopause. Laura began researching solutions after she started having symptoms of perimenopause herself.
